**Customer Service Executive**

**Job Title**: Urgent Opening for Customer Service Executive Travel Company in Mumbai

**Job Type**: Full-time

**Job Timing**: 9 am to 6 pm (fixed shift)

**Location**: Mumbai

**Monthly Salary**: Rs. 13,000 + monthly incentive plan (Rs. 1000 to 3000 depending on performance)

1. Call & speak to travelers who submit enquiries on our website about their travel plans

2. Ask for their travel requirements and update the enquiry form on our system

4. Each call lasts for about 4-5 minutes.

**1. Excellent communication skills (English and Hindi)**

2. Ability and willingness to learn quickly. Good team player

3. Good computer knowledge (especially MS Word, Excel)
