**Hiring Malayalam Telecaller**

We are looking for a passionate and articulate Malayalam Telecaller to join our growing team

About the Role:
In this role, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers and/or handling inbound calls from existing customers, all in Malayalam.

**Responsibilities**:
Make outbound calls

Effectively handle inbound customer inquiries and provide exceptional customer service.

Clearly explain our products or services to potential and existing customers in Malayalam.

Identify customer needs and recommend solutions that meet those needs.

Build rapport and develop positive relationships with customers.

Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions in our CRM system.

Stay up-to-date on company products, services, and promotions.

**Qualifications**:
Native or fluent Malayalam speaker with excellent communication skills.

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Excellent time management and organizational skills.

Positive and professional attitude.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
