We are currently hiring Telecallers for our esteemed client in Chennai. If you have excellent communication skills and can effectively promote services through Inbound calls, we want you to join our clients team.

**Responsibilities**:

- Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally
- Listen attentively to customer inquiries and concerns
- Provide accurate and helpful information to resolve customer issues
- Ensure high-quality customer service at all times
- Document customer interactions and transactions accurately
- Collaborate with team members to achieve performance goals

**Requirements**:

- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Customer-oriented mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service
- Basic computer proficiency
- Previous experience in customer service or call center environment is preferred, but not required

**Working Hours**:

- Rotational day shift
- 6 working days with one rotational week off

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

**Salary**: ₹15,500.00 per month
