**Job Description: Stores Executive with ERP Knowledge**

**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
1. **Inventory Management**:

- Monitor and maintain optimal inventory levels to meet production and operational needs.
- Conduct regular stock audits to ensure accuracy and identify discrepancies.
- Implement effective inventory control measures to minimize stockouts and overstock situations.

2. **ERP Utilization**:

- Utilize ERP software to manage inventory transactions, including receiving, issuance, and transfers.
- Generate reports and analyze data within the ERP system to track inventory movement and identify trends.
- Collaborate with IT support to troubleshoot ERP system issues and implement enhancements or upgrades as needed.

3. **Material Requisition Coordination**:

- Liaise with various departments to understand material requirements and prioritize requisitions accordingly.
- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and resolve any delivery discrepancies.
- Maintain accurate records of material movements and transactions within the ERP system.

4. **Quality Control**:

- Implement quality control measures to ensure incoming materials meet specified standards.
- Conduct periodic inspections of stored materials to prevent quality degradation or obsolescence.
- Initiate corrective actions for any quality-related issues identified during the inspection process.

5. **Process Improvement**:

- Identify areas for process improvement within the stores function and propose solutions to enhance efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process enhancements and streamline workflows.
- Stay updated on industry best practices and technological advancements to continuously improve stores operations.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
- Proven experience working in a stores or inventory management role, preferably in a manufacturing or distribution environment.
- Strong understanding of inventory control principles and practices.
- Proficiency in using ERP software for inventory management and reporting (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with internal teams and external suppliers.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with quality control processes and procedures is preferred.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
