**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Inventory Management**:

- Assist in maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of inventory.
- Monitor stock levels and ensure timely replenishment of materials.
- Conduct periodic stock checks and assist in physical inventory counts.
- Ensure proper documentation for all stock movements, including receipts and issues.
- **Receiving and Inspecting Goods**:

- Receive incoming goods from suppliers and verify quantities, quality, and specifications against purchase orders or delivery notes.
- Inspect the condition of received materials and report any discrepancies, damages, or shortages to the relevant departments.
- Organize goods properly in the store, ensuring easy access and proper categorization.
- **Storage and Organization**:

- Ensure that all materials and supplies are stored in a safe, organized, and accessible manner.
- Follow proper inventory practices to prevent any stock damage, loss, or misplacement.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the store and warehouse areas.
- **Stock Issue and Dispatch**:

- Issue materials and supplies to internal departments (e.g., production, sales) based on requisitions, ensuring proper documentation.
- Prepare goods for dispatch to customers, ensuring orders are packed correctly, documented, and ready for transportation.
- Assist with the loading and unloading of goods when required.
- **Documentation and Record Keeping**:

- Maintain accurate records for stock receipts, issues, and returns.
- Update inventory management systems with relevant data and ensure timely reporting of stock movements.
- Ensure proper filing of documents related to goods received, stock issues, and deliveries.
- **Stock Reconciliation and Reporting**:

- Assist in regular stock reconciliations, comparing physical stock with records and reporting any discrepancies.
- Generate reports on stock levels, movements, and inventory discrepancies for review by the Store Manager or Inventory Supervisor.
- **Safety and Compliance**:

- Ensure the store and warehouse areas comply with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
