**Responsibilities**
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming goods against purchase orders, delivery notes, and quality standards.
- Store, label, and organize items in designated locations (racks, bins, shelves) ensuring easy accessibility and optimal space utilization.
- Maintain accurate inventory records — record all material receipts, issues, returns, adjustments, damages, etc.
- Conduct periodic stock counts / physical inventory audits, reconcile any discrepancies with system / ledger records.
- Monitor stock levels, and flag items nearing reorder point; coordinate with procurement / purchasing team for replenishment.
- Issue materials to internal departments or dispatch orders to customers as per approved requisitions.
- Ensure proper handling of materials (e.g. fragile, hazardous, perishable) and follow FIFO (First In First Out) or other rotation methods.
- Maintain cleanliness, safety, and orderliness of the store / warehouse area.
- Report damaged goods, thefts, or losses and liaise for claims / returns with suppliers.
- Prepare and submit periodic (weekly / monthly) inventory, usage, and movement reports to management.
- Ensure compliance with safety norms, fire regulations, and good warehousing practices.
- Supervise and coordinate the work of store assistants or helpers, if applicable.
- Assist in setting up or improving store procedures, systems, and policies to increase efficiency.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
