We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Counter Sales Executive. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting customers with their purchases, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining a clean and organized sales area. You will be expected to have a thorough knowledge of our products and services in order to accurately answer customer questions and provide recommendations.

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet customers and assist with their purchases
- Provide excellent customer service and answer customer inquiries
- Maintain a clean and organized sales area
- Process customer orders and handle cash and card payments
- Provide product demonstrations and make recommendations based on customer needs
- Track inventory levels and restock shelves as needed
- Maintain accurate sales records and prepare sales reports
- Resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years of experience in retail sales or customer service
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in basic computer skills
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays, as needed

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
