**Job Title: Sales Marketing Executive (Government Sector)**
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Surveying Government Departments**: Conduct thorough research to identify and engage with relevant government departments and officials. Develop strategies to approach and present our products effectively.
- **Presenting Products**: Deliver compelling presentations of our products and solutions to government stakeholders. Tailor presentations to address the specific needs and requirements of each department.
- **Order Management**: Manage the entire order lifecycle from initial contact through to order fulfillment. Ensure accurate and timely processing of orders in accordance with government regulations.
- **Payment Processing**: Oversee the payment release process from government departments. Ensure all financial transactions are conducted smoothly and comply with departmental procedures.
- **Communication**: Maintain regular communication with government officials to build and sustain strong relationships. Address inquiries and provide support as needed.
- **Tender Management**: Search for and identify relevant tenders online. Prepare and compile necessary documents for bidding. Ensure all submissions are complete, accurate, and meet the required specifications.
- **Regulatory Knowledge**: Stay informed about government rules, regulations, and procurement procedures. Ensure all activities comply with current policies and guidelines.
**Qualifications**:
- **Experience**: Minimum of 3 years of experience working with government departments, including familiarity with their procurement processes and requirements.
- **Education**: Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Public Administration, or a related field.
- **Skills**:
- Proven ability to navigate government departments and understand their operational procedures.
- Strong presentation and communication skills.
- Proficiency in searching and managing tenders online.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
**Additional Requirements**:
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Willingness to travel as required for client meetings and presentations.
