- Assign all new users payer website access through the Payer Website Access form
- Add clients to associates to existing portals
- Maintain administrative rights / access for online portals
- Deliver high quality work products under set timelines.Coordinate and Provide feedback to relevant departments.
- Follow up with Manager status on access
- Train associates on how to request Payer Website access
- Proficient web navigation and org skills

**What we are looking for?**
- RCM experience
- Sound knowledge in web navigation
- High proficiency in Excel and other Microsoft products.
- Possess a minimum Diploma level.
- Strong communication skills with excellent command in English both written & verbal.
- Excellent Organizational and follow up skills
- Ability to work in the night shift.

**Work Mode**: Remote

**Shift Timing**: US Shift
