RCM Operations Support Coordinator
- **Job Summary**
The Operations Support Coordinator position will work with the Operations Support Manager ensuring workflows, schedules, productivity and performance. Knowledge and understanding of the day to day work within the department is necessary and the Coordinator will cover any and all areas as needed. The position works with manager to resolve and reconcile problems. This position aids the manager in finding coverage within the departments for employees out sick or on vacation. Additionally, the position supports the company's overall Operations and Client Services departments.by efficiently and effectively driving the Revenue Cycle Management process and delivering results.
**Essential Functions/Major Job Responsibilities**
- Oversee the daily work associated with the Department, such as verification, coverage, preparation, distribution of bank deposits, scanning, courier schedules, Reconciliation
- Process deposit and credit card payments as needed
- Responsible for balancing specific clients that need daily attention; working directly with the office staff
- Assist manager as needed on researching department issues
- Maintain department documentation and checklists for employees and monitor
- Report daily to manager regarding workloads and workflow; prioritizes staff work assignments
- Training staff, develop and continue to improve processing within the department
- Ability to cover in all areas of Operations Support as needed (deposits, scanning, courier)
- Complies and enforces and policies and procedures
- Achieve goals set forth by supervisor regarding error-free work, transactions, processes and compliance requirements
**Education**
- High School Diploma or GED (required)
**Additional Education**
**Work Experience**
- 1+ year relevant work experience (preferred)

- Strong communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
- Ability to present ideas in business-friendly and user-friendly language; self-directed, and attentive to detail; team-oriented, collaborative
- Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment
- Ability to read and comprehend moderate instructions, correspondence, and memos
- Ability to write straightforward correspondence
- Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group settings to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent, and to interpret financial reports and graphs
- Strong customer service skills; prompt return and follow up to all interactions; prompt response to requests for information
**Working Arrangements**
- Standard work week or as defined by assignment requirements
Primarily works in standard office environment or remotely
Note:
- **Essential Functions or may include:
- supporting the onboard monitoring and tracking of progress
- Acts as a liaison between teams to ensure timely implementation on activation date
- Ensures Sharepoint PF Onboarding tasks are updated daily
- Identified and reports risks to project
- must be highly organized
- proficient in excel and microsoft products
- Prior experience on Allscripts PM is a plus
