
Sales & Marketing Executive

**Responsibility:
- **
(1)Create, administer and implement the business development strategies and tactics for the company.
(2) Identify, evaluate, solicit, and follow-up with targets through multiple sales, communications, and marketing methods (e.g., cold calling, conference attendance, social media, public relations, drip campaigns, presentations, etc.)
(3) lnitiate and develop relationships with key prospects to identify and meet prospects' business needs.
(4) Oversee and implement full sales cycle, including market research, needs analysis, pitch, closing, renewal, and upsell.
(5) Maintain relationships with clients to ensure project success.
(6) Pitch capabilities and communicate unique selling proposition based on prospect needs.
(7) Create and customize presentations and other sales materials.
(8) Respond to RFPs, review MSAs and other contractual agreements, and work with the Project Management team to write proposals and SOWs, including the preparation of project budgets
(9)Establish and achieve sales goals, metric's, and milestones. Track and report on progress and success.
(10) Provide specific healthcare expertise and relevant experience into the product and services portfolio and strategic planning process as needed.
(11)Capture prospect and market needs and trends and consult with executive leadership and internalteams for solution development.
(12)Become an expert in the company's product and where they sit within the larger ecosystem.
(13)Establish relationships and close big partnership deals which can even include MdA's and other acquisitions.
(14)Perform competitor and Swot Analysis.
**Qualification:
- Any Graduate**
**Experience:
- 2-5 Years**
Pharma Intermediates Company Experience Required.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
