**Qualification**: Graduate in any discipline
**Experience**: 2 to 3 year in the areas Admin/Facility/Procurement
**Key Responsibility Areas**:
- Shift responsibility, Check floor, Security Deployment.
- Facility and House Keeping, Checking floors on daily basis.
- Meeting shift requirement, Coordinate and ensure Transportation and documentation, AMC scheduled activities and documentation, Infrastructure Management and monitoring for all locations.
- Compliance and Monitoring of Payments of AMC’s, CCTV review of Records.
- Co-ordinate Project requirement at all IGS Locations, AMC Services and all Common vendors Evaluation and Improvements based on evaluation.
- Preparation of MIS Reports on admin related expenses and activities, AP Clearance with necessary control documents.
- Development of new vendors to meet appropriate and effective utilization of requirements.
- Inspection and evaluation of Caterers facility and ensure hygiene and quality of foods supplied.
- Access Cards maintenance & Review of Records.
- Compliance of Quality Procedures and internal control process for improvement of Quality on all services related to admin.
- Material Indent processing & disbursement for all location, Communication MIS, (Voice and Data) ID Card issue & record maintenance, Statutory Compliance for contract services, Travel Assistances for VISA Processing, Ticketing, and Internal Transports etc.
- Expenses vouchers and reimbursement claims for signatures.
- Account opening forms and supporting documents for signatures.
- ID & Access Cards record maintenance.
- Coordinating with admin team for dispatching the ID cards.
- Maintain office supply inventory.
- Retrieve documents and files when requested.
- Coordinate all Office requirements.
**Requirements**:
- Good Communication skills (must be fluent in English and Hindi)
- Good stakeholder management skills.
- Possess strong vendor negotiation skills
- Should have knowledge of MS Office and office management software
- Good MIS and reporting skills
