**Job description:

- R&D Executive**

Design reactions based on discussions with the Manager.

Possess thorough knowledge of reaction setups, glassware assembly, and reaction conditions.

Report daily progress to the Department Head and maintain flexibility with work timings.

Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports to management.

Demonstrate expertise in key laboratory techniques, including distillation, high vacuum fractional distillation, TLC, laboratory batch setup, Grignard reagents, Friedel-Crafts reactions, and diazotization.

Provide technical expertise for successful implementation of new processes and improvements.

Operate within SAP systems and manage troubleshooting during commercial production.

Draft SOPs for the R&D department.

Execute lab batches, scale-ups, and in-process sample testing.

Maintain general laboratory upkeep, including chemical inventory and adherence to safety protocols.

Set up reactions, monitor and analyze progress, conduct workups, isolate products, and interpret spectroscopic data.

Initiate and execute R&D projects, develop synthetic routes, and support scale-ups for new products in coordination with QC.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹350,000.00 per year
