**About Role**:
**Your Role at a Glance**:

- Understand job descriptions and technical requirements from hiring managers.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with stakeholders.
- Negotiate salary packages and facilitate offer rollouts.
- Track and report recruitment metrics like time-to-fill, offer acceptance rate, and source effectiveness.
- Ensure adherence to hiring timelines and SLAs.

**The Expertise You’ll Bring**:

- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
- 2- 4 years of experience in IT recruitment.
- Strong understanding of IT skills & technologies (Java,.NET, Cloud, DevOps, Data Engineering, ERP, etc.).
- Proficiency in using ATS tools and MS Office.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple requirements and work in a fast-paced environment.

- ATS Tools: Keka, Zoho Recruit, or similar.
