**PROFILE INTRODUCTION:

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to generate leads and set appointments.
- Provide information about our real estate services and offerings.
- Maintain a database of leads and client interactions.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth handover of qualified leads.
- Achieve and exceed weekly and monthly targets for lead generation and conversions.
- Keep abreast of market trends and industry developments.

- **Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal communication skills with a clear and confident speaking voice.
- **Listening Skills**: Ability to listen actively and comprehend customer needs to provide effective solutions.

- **Team Player**: Collaborate with colleagues, sales teams, and other departments for effective coordination.
