Retail Sales Executive

Job Responsibilities:
- **Customer Engagement**: Greet customers, assess their needs, and provide personalized assistance.
- **Sales Techniques**: Use effective selling techniques to meet or exceed sales targets.
- **Product Knowledge**: Stay informed about product features, benefits, and promotions to educate customers.
- **Inventory Management**: Assist in stock management and ensure the sales floor is well-organized.
- **Visual Merchandising**: Help maintain appealing product displays and store layout.
- **Transaction Processing**: Handle cash and credit transactions accurately using the point-of-sale system.
- **Customer Service**: Address customer inquiries and resolve issues to enhance satisfaction.
- **Reporting**: Track sales performance and report to management.
Skills Required:
- **Communication**: Strong verbal and interpersonal skills for customer interaction.
- **Sales Skills**: Ability to persuade and influence customers.
- **Problem-Solving**: Quickly address customer concerns and provide solutions.
- **Teamwork**: Collaborate effectively with team members and management.
- **Adaptability**: Adjust to various customer needs and store changes.
Qualifications:
- **Education**: Graduate
- **Experience**: Previous retail or sales experience is often preferred. (2 years)
- **Technical Skills**: Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Morning shift
- Weekend availability
Supplemental Pay:
- Performance bonus
