**The Formers Group** looking for **Area Sales Manager** for Coimbatore Region

1. Franchise Appointment & Management Identify, approach, and on board new franchise partners. Develop business plans and strategies to support franchise growth. Ensure franchisees adhere to company standards and policies. Conduct regular performance reviews and provide necessary support.

2. Grocery Packing Machine Sales Promote and sell grocery packing machines to businesses. Identify potential clients and generate leads.Conduct product demonstrations and training for customers. Achieve sales targets and expand market share.

3. B2B Sales - Vegetable & Grocery Orders Develop relationships with wholesalers, retailers, and bulk buyers. Drive B2B order sales for vegetables and grocery supplies. Negotiate pricing, contracts, and delivery schedules.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities.

4. Coimbatore Distributor Center Sales Management Oversee sales operations at the Coimbatore Distributor Center. Manage inventory, order fulfilment, and delivery coordination. Develop and execute sales strategies to maximize revenue. Ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any operational issues.

5. Reporting & Team Management Track sales performance and prepare reports for management. Provide training and guidance to sales representatives.
Collaborate with marketing teams for promotions and campaigns.
Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
