- Acquire new **Current Accounts, Savings Accounts, and Salary Accounts**.
- Cross-sell a wide range of banking products to customers.
- Build and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed customer acquisition and sales targets.
- Maintain strict compliance with **KYC norms** and banking regulations.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum **1 year of field sales experience** in banking, financial services, or a similar sector.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Target-driven and customer-focused approach.
- Knowledge of local market and customer base in the assigned area.
