**Position Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct one-on-one counselling sessions with students to assess their career aspirations, interests, skills, and academic performance.
- Provide detailed information about various career options available after 12th grade, focusing on fields such as law, management, and MBA.
- Assist students in understanding the requirements and eligibility criteria for different career paths and guide them on the appropriate academic courses or programs to pursue.
- Offer expert advice on the admission processes, competitive exams, and entrance tests required for specific career choices, including CAT (Common Admission Test) preparation for MBA aspirants.
- Assess students' aptitude, personality traits, and strengths through standardized tests or assessments to provide personalized career recommendations.
- Guide students in creating effective study plans and strategies to excel in competitive exams and enhance their chances of admission to top-tier institutions.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and developments in the fields of law, management, and MBA to provide accurate and relevant information to students.
- Conduct workshops, seminars, and group sessions to educate students and parents about career opportunities, exam patterns, and admission processes.
- Collaborate with other career counsellors and educators within the organization to develop and enhance career counselling programs and resources.
- Maintain records of student interactions, assessments, and progress to track individual and overall program effectiveness.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (such as psychology, education, or business administration).
- Minimum of 1 years of experience in career counselling, preferably in the education sector, with a strong focus on counselling students for careers in law, management, and MBA.
- In-depth knowledge of career options, entrance exams, and admission processes related to law, management, and MBA CAT preparation.
- Familiarity with various career assessment tools and standardized tests used for aptitude and personality assessments.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to establish rapport with students and effectively convey information to diverse audiences.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to assess students' needs and provide appropriate career guidance.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
- Proficient in using technology for counselling purposes, including online career assessment tools and digital resources.
- Passion for helping students achieve their academic and career goals, with a student-centric approach.
- Flexibility to work on weekends or outside regular working hours, as needed, to accommodate student schedules.

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
