**Overview**:
AMEC Mobility, a pioneering force in the electric vehicle industry, is actively seeking a talented Product Designer to join our Electric Vehicle Division. This role presents an exciting opportunity for individuals passionate about shaping the future of electric mobility through innovative design and user-centric solutions.

**Responsibilities**:
**Product Conceptualization**: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to conceptualize and develop design solutions for various components, systems, and user interfaces in electric vehicles.

**Design Development**: Lead the design development process from ideation to prototyping and final production, ensuring designs meet performance, safety, and aesthetic requirements.

**User-Centric Design**: Employ a user-centered design approach to create intuitive and engaging interfaces, considering the user experience and ergonomics in vehicle components and systems.

**Prototyping and Testing**: Create prototypes and conduct user testing to gather feedback, iterate designs, and ensure optimal functionality and user satisfaction.

**Collaboration**: Work closely with engineering, marketing, and manufacturing teams to ensure designs align with technical feasibility, market demands, and production requirements.

**Material and Manufacturing Consideration**: Select appropriate materials and manufacturing techniques, considering durability, sustainability, and cost-effectiveness for mass production.

**Documentation**: Create comprehensive design documentation, including specifications, design rationale, and visual presentations for internal and external stakeholders.

**Innovation and Trends**: Stay updated with design trends, emerging technologies, and industry innovations to incorporate cutting-edge ideas into the design process.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Design, Product Design, or a related field. (Master's degree preferred)
- Demonstrated experience in product design, ideally within the automotive or electric vehicle industry.
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, SolidWorks, or other relevant tools.
- Strong portfolio showcasing innovative and user-centered design solutions.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a creative mindset for design challenges.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience in electric vehicle design or related automotive design projects.
- Familiarity with design thinking methodologies and user research techniques.
- Understanding of sustainability principles in product design and manufacturing.
- Knowledge of design validation and testing methodologies.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

**Salary**: ₹8,086.00 - ₹31,391.76 per month
