Digital Transformation Associate (Intern) for Corporate Office, Koregaon Park, Pune

**Qualification(s)**
- B.E. / B.E. Information Technology

**Specialization** Required/Skills**
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to train and support users across different levels.
- Analytical mindset, capable of identifying bottlenecks and designing innovative solutions for process improvement.

**Experience Required**
- 2+ years of experience in digital transformation, IoT deployment, or shop-floor operations.

**Responsibilities**

**IoT Solution Deployment**
- Oversee and coordinate the deployment of IoT solutions on the shopfloor.
- Ensure that installations meet project timelines and are executed efficiently with mínimal disruption to operations.

**Training & Support**
- Provide ongoing support to assist users with challenges, helping to drive sustained engagement and adoption.

**Vendor Liaison**
- Collaborate with IoT solution vendors to ensure smooth and accurate implementation of solutions.
- Communicate regularly to troubleshoot issues, ensure solution quality, and drive necessary updates or improvements.

**Data Integration with ERP Systems**
- Work with IT and ERP teams to facilitate seamless data linkage between IoT systems and ERP software.
- Ensure accurate data flow for effective decision-making across production, maintenance, and inventory.

**Process Identification & Innovation**
- Identify and architect new processes to enhance IoT implementation on the shop-floor.

**Additional Requirements**
- Experience in manufacturing or industrial environments.
- Familiarity with field communication protocols. E.g. Modbus, OPC UA, MQTT, or similar IoT technologies is a plus.
- Knowledge of ERP systems (SAP).
