The role will require individual to train and assist all clients with their exercise routines.
- Provide each new member with an immediate connection and orientation to the facility’s
- programs, services, staff, and other members. Personalize the orientation around the client’s needs and interests.
- Track client’s use of the facility. Constantly work towards improving service and contact non users and low users of the facility to improve attendance and member retention.
- Ensure and demonstrate the correct way to use exercise equipment and correct exercise techniques. Advise clients about proper clothing and shoes.
- Ensure the gym is clean and free of health and safety hazards and immediately report any equipment malfunction to the fitness counsellor or fitness manager.
- To observe the client as they exercise and correct any improper techniques, provide appropriate spotting when required.
- To provide constant motivation and guidance for clients to reach their desired goals. Monitor clients& progress and adapt programs as needed.
- Assist the fitness counsellor in client membership renewal.
- To follow and execute the CIS system in spirit and later for internal lead management.
- To be open for coordinating work schedule and managing time as per organization requirement.
- To execute the fitness strategy viz exercise templates based on one set ideology to all general clients to ensure standardization and control over the floor execution amongst non PT clients.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹8,086.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

- Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission pay

**Education**:

- Diploma (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Gym Training: 3 years (preferred)
