**Company Overview**:
We are a specialized **Industrial Real Estate Consultancy** firm offering end-to-end services including **CLU (Change of Land Use), Industrial Licenses, Building Plan Approvals, Forest NOC’s, Fire NOCs, HSPCB Clearances**, and related regulatory support. We work closely with government bodies like **HSIIDC, GMDA, PWD, DTP, FIRE, and HSPCB** to facilitate smooth project execution for our clients.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Liaison with government departments such as **HSIIDC, GMDA, PWD, DTP, Town Planning, Fire, HSPCB**, etc.
- Maintain professional relationships with government officials and ensure proper documentation for all submissions.
- Attend department meetings, inspections, and site visits when required.
- Keep track of file movements, respond to objections/queries, and update internal teams and clients.
- Ensure timely compliance as per local and state regulations.

**Requirements**:

- Graduate in any discipline (preferably in Public Administration, Urban Planning, or related fields).
- **3 to 5 years of experience** in liaisoning with industrial or real estate government authorities.
- Good knowledge of **CLU, Licensing, Building Plan Sanctioning**, and NOC processes.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with officials.
- Good organizational and documentation skills.
- Ability to travel locally and manage multiple files/projects simultaneously.

**Salary & Benefits**:

- **Salary**: ₹22,000 - ₹30,000 per month (Based on experience and interview)
- Travel allowance
