**Salary**: ₹15,000 - ₹30,000 (Based on experience & performance) + Incentives

**Job Role & Responsibilities**:

- Handle **inbound and outbound calls** to potential leads provided by the marketing team.
- **Pitch real estate projects** and investment opportunities professionally to clients.
- **Follow up** with interested customers and schedule site visits or meetings with sales managers.
- **Maintain customer data** and update CRM regularly.
- Build and maintain a **positive relationship** with clients to ensure conversions.
- Coordinate with the **sales and marketing team** to achieve monthly targets.
- Ensure **daily follow-up reports** and call logs are submitted to the team lead.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Excellent **communication skills** in English & Hindi.
- Good **convincing power** and ability to handle client queries smartly.
- Basic knowledge of **real estate projects** in Gurugram is an added advantage.
- Proficiency in **MS Excel / CRM software** preferred.
- Minimum Qualification**:12th pass / Graduate**.
