Up to ₹20,000 per month (CTC)

**Work Schedule**:
Monday-Saturday (10 AM - 6:30 PM)

**Minimum Experience**:
6 months+

**Responsibilities**
- **Inbound Call Handling**:

- Answer incoming calls on the company's toll-free number in a timely manner.
- Address customer inquiries, provide product information, and resolve issues efficiently.
- **Outbound Calls**:

- Make outbound calls to follow up on pending customer queries, orders, and quotations.
- Conduct courtesy calls to gather feedback and ensure customer satisfaction.
- **Sales Pitch**:

- Deliver engaging sales pitches to potential customers, promoting Print Mark's products and services.
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to maximize sales.
- **Customer Relationship Management**:

- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers through clear communication.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- **Targets and Reporting**:

- Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets set by the sales manager.
- Submit regular reports on call outcomes and customer feedback.
- **Product Knowledge**:

- Stay up-to-date on Print Mark's products and services to effectively address customer inquiries.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.

**Qualifications**
- Prior experience in telemarketing or customer service is preferred.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle high call volumes efficiently and effectively.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Basic computer literacy for maintaining call logs and using CRM software.
