About the Role

we are looking for highly driven Non IT Recruiters

**Job Description**:
Minimum experience of 2 years in Non IT Recruitment and volume hiring.

Location : Hyderabad

8. Compliance and Documentation: Ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations, as well as maintaining accurate records of recruitment activities.

9. Collaborating with Hiring Managers: Partnering with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs, provide insights on market trends, and refine job descriptions as necessary.

10. Continuous Improvement: Staying updated on recruiting best practices, industry trends, and emerging technologies to enhance the recruitment process and achieve better outcome

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹9,943.14 - ₹47,540.77 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
