**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Conduct visits to rural and semi-rural areas to demonstrate and present product-related details to potential customers.
- Generate leads through effective communication and follow-up.
- Interact continuously with prospective clients and regular customers to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Responsible for completion of all loan related documents.
- Will be responsible for ensuring targeted sales of cross selling products like Insurance.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and build a strong pipeline through accurate sales planning.
- Ensure to convert leads received from tale calling team into customer and complete all documentation like: loan file and KYC checklist.
- Engage with internal stake holders for smooth loan disbursal.
- Responsible for field verifications of customer.
- Responsible for recovery of default loans in their assigned zones.
- Should have Self-starter attitude with a high drive for results.
- Customer focused, problem solving skills, team work, people Management.
- Should be Confident & Dynamic.
- Having good communication skills, quick understanding and presentation skills.
- Pro-active and ready to take initiative, should be flexible and have “Can Do approach”
