**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and maintain relationships with **contractors, architects & builders.**:

- Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through **field visits, cold calls, and networking**.
- Present and promote **building materials** to potential customers, explaining product benefits and specifications.
- Achieve **sales targets** and contribute to the company’s revenue growth.
- Conduct **market research** to understand customer needs and industry trends.
- Negotiate and close deals with clients & architects.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- **3 years of proven experience** in **field sales** within the **building materials industry**.
- Basic Knowledge of **plywood & interior design products.**:

- Excellent **communication and negotiation skills**.
- Ability to work independently and **meet sales targets**.
- Willingness to travel extensively for client meetings and site visits.
