**Job Title** Executive - Legal

**Job Purpose**

To provide functional, administrative and system support to litigation team for recovery and consumer profile

**Primary Responsibilities**

**Main Responsibilities**:

- Maintain MIS for recovery and consumer matters
- Coordinate with stakeholders and external lawyers for filing of cases
- Provide support in issuing notices
- Regularly updating the status of cases in the tracker
- Maintaining record of case papers
- Research on any legal point
- Maintaining record of communications/ notices received by the Company.
- Prepare PPT/ short note on issues

**Key Interactions**

Internal Sales, Commercial, Supply chain, Marketing, Customer Centricity, SSC
External Solicitors and Lawyers

**Role requirements**

**Qualifications**:
Bachelor degree in any discipline

Previous Experience

Essential-** 2-4 years**

Desired

**Work experience in legal department of any manufacturing Company**
**Working knowledge of MS Excel and PPT**

Able to coordinate with various stakeholders

- BA, Bcom with experience in handling legal documents, notices maintain reports, litigation work, respond to notices.**
