**Job Overview**:
Flo Mobility is seeking a talented **CAD Designer** to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in the design and development of robotic systems and machines. Utilizing your expertise in CAD software, you will create detailed and accurate 3D models and technical drawings that serve as blueprints for manufacturing and assembly processes. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers and programmers, to ensure designs meet technical specifications and project requirements. Additionally, you will be responsible for machine assembly and vendor management.

**Responsibilities**:
**1. Create 3D Models and Analysis**:

- Use CAD software to create detailed 3D models of robotic systems, components, and assemblies.
- Ensure accuracy, precision, and adherence to design specifications.
- Conduct force, load analysis, and testing.

**2. Produce Technical Drawings**:

- Generate comprehensive technical drawings, including orthographic and isometric views.
- Detail dimensions, tolerances, and materials.

**3. Collaborate with Engineers**:

- Work closely with robotics engineers to understand project requirements and design constraints.
- Incorporate engineering feedback to optimize designs for functionality, performance, and manufacturability.
- Integrate electronic components into mechanical designs.

**4. Review and Revise Designs**:

- Conduct design reviews to identify and address potential issues or improvements.
- Revise and update designs based on feedback from cross-functional teams.

**5. Ensure Compliance**:

- Ensure designs comply with relevant industry standards, regulations, and safety guidelines.

**6. Material Selection**:

- Collaborate with the materials team to select appropriate materials for different components, considering strength, weight, and cost factors.

**7. Documentation**:

- Maintain accurate documentation of design changes, revisions, and project progress.
- Organize and manage design files for easy team access.

**8. Prototype Support**:

- Assist in the prototyping and testing phases by creating prototypes based on CAD designs.

**9. Vendor Management**:

- Identify and manage vendors for sourcing materials and components.
- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective procurement.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in **Mechanical Engineering, Robotics,** or a related field.
- Minimum **1 year** of experience in CAD design, preferably in robotics or automation.
- Proven proficiency in **Fusion 360, SolidWorks, CATIA, or ANSYS**.
- Strong understanding of mechanical design principles and manufacturing processes.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Knowledge of **robotics and automation concepts**.
- Experience with **force analysis**.
- Familiarity with **simulation software** for testing and validating robotic designs.
- Understanding of **Design for Manufacturability (DFM) and Design for Assembly (DFA)** principles.
- Knowledge of **various materials and components**, including vendor sourcing.

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
