Key Responsibilities:

- Client Consultation & Sales
- Guide walk-in and enquiry clients through suitable treatments and packages
- Conduct in-depth consultations to understand client concerns and recommend personalized plans
- Upsell and cross-sell services and memberships strategically and ethically
- Sales Target Achievement
- Meet and exceed monthly revenue targets
- Manage lead conversion from online/offline sources
- Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to increase loyalty and retention
- Follow up with potential and existing clients for repeat treatments and satisfaction
- Team Coordination & Reporting
- Coordinate with doctors, therapists, and front desk for seamless client experience
- Maintain CRM and daily sales reports

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 2 years’ experience in sales, preferably in the beauty, wellness, or healthcare industry
- Strong communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills
- Client-first attitude with a passion for aesthetics and skincare
- Ability to multitask and stay calm in a fast-paced environment
- Fluent in English and Hindi (additional languages a bonus)
