**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide detailed counseling on IT courses based on student needs.
- Convert leads into admissions through effective sales techniques.
- Follow up with potential students and maintain strong relationships.
- Achieve monthly admission targets and contribute to revenue growth.
- Maintain accurate records of student inquiries and enrollments.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance student outreach.

**Requirements**:

- 1-3 years of experience in education counseling or sales.
- Excellent communication and convincing skills.
- Strong understanding of IT courses (training will be provided).
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
- Freshers with a passion for counseling and sales can also apply.
