Junior Textile Designer

**Position Overview**:
Linenwalas seeks a talented Junior Textile Designer to join their team and contribute to creating luxurious and stylish bed linen collections.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Collaborate with senior designers and product development teams to design new bed linen collections that align with Linenwalas' brand identity and market trends.
- Research global têxtile and design trends for inspiration.
- Create original têxtile designs using traditional and digital techniques.
- Develop color palettes and coordinate fabric selections.
- Work with manufacturing partners to create production-ready specifications.
- Assist in sampling and prototyping processes.
- Maintain organized design files and documentation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development and marketing.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in têxtile design, fashion design, or a related field.
- Previous internship or work experience in têxtile design, preferably in home têxtiles or bedding.
- Proficiency in design software like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and CAD.
- Strong understanding of têxtile construction, print design principles, and color theory.
- Creative flair with attention to detail and a passion for new design concepts.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Knowledge of sustainable and eco-friendly design practices is a plus.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
