**Position Overview**:
Linenwalas, a leading provider of premium bed linen and home têxtiles, is seeking a talented Junior Textile Designer to join our innovative design team. At Linenwalas, we are passionate about creating luxurious and stylish bed linen collections that enhance the comfort and aesthetics of homes worldwide. As a Junior Textile Designer, you will play a vital role in this mission by contributing your creativity and expertise to the development of our next-generation products.

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Collaborate with senior designers and product development teams to conceptualize and

design new bed linen collections that align with Linenwalas; brand identity and market

trends.

2. Conduct research on global têxtile and design trends, drawing inspiration from fashion,

art, and interior design to create fresh and innovative designs.

3. Create original têxtile designs, including prints, patterns, and textures, using both

traditional and digital design techniques.

4. Develop color palettes and coordinate fabric selections to ensure cohesive and visually

appealing product offerings.

5. Work closely with manufacturing partners to translate design concepts into production
- ready specifications, including CAD drawings, color separations, and print repeats.

6. Assist in the sampling and prototyping process, providing feedback on fabric quality,

print accuracy, and overall design execution.

7. Maintain organized design files and documentation, including design sketches, color

swatches, and production notes, to facilitate efficient communication and collaboration

within the team.

8. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, marketing, and

sales, to ensure alignment on design objectives, timelines, and product launches.

**Qualifications**:
1. Bachelors degree in têxtile design, fashion design, or a related field.

2. Previous internship or work experience in têxtile design, preferably within the home

têxtiles or bedding industry.

3. Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and CAD software.

4. Strong understanding of têxtile construction techniques, print design principles, and color theory.

5. Creative flair with a keen eye for detail and a passion for exploring new design concepts

and techniques.

6. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a

team environment.

7. Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and

meet deadlines.

8. Knowledge of sustainable and eco-friendly design practices is a plus.
