**JOB OVERVIEW**:
**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Possess a sound knowledge of Modular Interior Construction, Modular Partitions, BIM (Building Information Modelling), and Prefabrication processes.
- **2D DRAFTING**: Generate and update accurate CAD shop drawings including layout, elevations, and details for partition and POD/phone booth systems.
- Prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQ) for partition elements.
- **3D MODELLING**: Create and develop 3D models and visualizations of floor plans and partition layouts using BIM processes, ensuring designs are realistic, functional, and buildable.

**CORE QUALIFICATIONS**
- **PROFICIENCY IN CAD SOFTWARE**: - Strong proficiency in **Autodesk AutoCAD** (for 2D drafting) and **Autodesk Revit** software for 3D modelling including the creation and modification of families/objects.
- **EXPERIENCE WITH 3D MODELLING TOOLS**: Familiarity with **SKETCHUP OR 3DS MAX** is a plus.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and clients.
- **Technical Knowledge**: A strong understanding of architectural, civil, or mechanical design principles and construction practices. You must be able to produce precise and accurate drawings and models with a keen eye for detail.
- **Time Management**: Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

**Education & Experience**
- **Experience**: Extensive experience in CAD drawing within the Building & Construction industry. **At least 2 years of experience** in CAD drawing, with a strong understanding of workflows between architects, consultants, and contractors.
