**Qualifications and Skills**
- Junior: 1 to 3 years of experience as a Civil 2D CAD Draftsman
- Proficiency in drafting and creating technical drawings
- Strong knowledge of AutoCAD and Solidworks software
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Knowledge of civil engineering principles and construction practices
- Attention to detail and accuracy in drawings
- Ability to handle multiple projects and prioritize tasks
- Experience in team handling will be an added advantage

**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Collaborate with engineers and architects to understand project requirements and specifications
- Create accurate and detailed 2D CAD drawings and plans for civil engineering projects
- Utilize computer-aided design software, such as AutoCAD and Solidworks, to prepare technical drawings
- Ensure drawings adhere to industry standards and project guidelines
- Revise and update drawings as necessary based on feedback and changes in project requirements
- Collaborate with the project team to resolve design conflicts and issues
- Maintain drawing files and documentation for future reference
- Assist in quantity estimation and material take-offs
- Adhere to project timelines and meet deadlines
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance drafting processes
- Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in all drawings
- Coordinate with other draftsmen and provide guidance as required

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 per month
