JD for Civil / Structural Draftsman

1. Prepare shop drawings for RCC structure, including beams, columns, slabs, footings, staircases & RC walls.

2. Develop reinforcement detailing and Bar bending schedule (BBS)

3. Ensure that drawings adhere to relevant codes and standards (IS,ACI,SBC)

4. Proven experience as a structural draftsman with a portfolio of concrete & steel building

5. Proficiency in AutoCAD & other software like Rebar cad, CADS RC

6. Develop detailed civil & structural drawings, As Built drawings and documentation.

7. Prepare and update material take off quantity estimates and drawing logs as needed.

8. Ability to meet tight deadlines and handle multiple projects

9. Maintain proper documentation of all drawings, revisions & Approvals.

10. Coordinate with architects, MEP team

11. Occasionally visit construction sites to verify compliance with drawings.
