**We are hiring for a highly motivated and unique Architect designer for our Client Company they are in to Architecture and Design firm.**

Auto-CAD draftsman with experience in architectural civil drawings and VNC laser-cut designs.

**Structural Draughtmen (Min 3 - 5 yrs)**:

- Should have Good knowledge in Auto-CAD & Civil Based Building Drawings
- Good knowledge in details for Steel, RCC structures
- Should be capable of working as a team of engineers and designers to execute work per project schedule
- Immediate Joining will be preferred

**Responsibilities**:
1. Develop customized plans based on customers' ideas, budget and your professional expertise.

2. Prepare drawings/renders using 2D and 3D software. Should be acquainted with SketchUp, Auto-CAD, Revit and more.

3. Regular, timely check-ins and follow-ups with the sales teams to ensure the vision is coming right.

4. Submitting designs with the marketing teams and sales executives on time.

5. Be creative, and make unique designs to attract customers.

**Qualification**: B. Arch or B. E. Civil Engineering (preferred)

We require a Civil/ PEB Design Draftsman who can:
1. Design & Submit PEB Building Estimates & Allied Structural estimates.

2. Design & Submit PEB Building Civil Estimates

3. Work on software's such as Auto-CAD, Sta-AD Pro etc to work on civil plans, project plans & PEB Estimation.

**Ability to commute/relocate**:
Adyar, Saidapet, Guindy, T.Nagar, Teynampet, Alwarpet and Nandanam Near, Chennai, Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
