**Job Title**: Draftsman

**Experience**: Minimum 5 years

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare precise 2D CAD drawings for construction projects, including floor plans, elevations sections.
- Collaborate with engineers and architects to understand project requirements and produce accurate construction drawings.
- Review and modify drawings based on feedback and project specifications.
- Ensure all drawings comply with industry standards and regulations.
- Maintain organized records of all drawing revisions and updates.
- Assist in the preparation of as-built drawings and documentation.
- Support project teams in any drafting-related tasks as needed.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Diploma or degree in Drafting, Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in drafting and CAD operations, specifically in construction drawings.
- Proficient in AutoCAD and other CAD software.
- Strong understanding of construction drawing conventions, standards practices.
- Ability to interpret architectural and engineering sketches and produce detailed drawings.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively within teams.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience with BIM software (e.g., Revit).
- Knowledge of building codes and construction practices.
