**TITLE**:Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

**LOCATION**: Mumbai, India

**REPORTING**:Direct report to VP & CFO, K-C Asia Pacific

**KEY RELATIONSHIPS**:

- Business Partner to KC India Managing Director
- Part of KC India Leadership Team
- Part of Kimberly-Clark Asia Pacific and Finance Department
- The CFO is a strategic senior finance partner to country Managing Director, business sector heads, functional heads and financial members in K-C head quarter. The incumbent will advise and counsel the Managing Director of KC India and other members of management on financial and business matters in order to drive growth, enable right strategic choices/Goals and improve profitability of the company.
- Drive culture of analytics based decision making and ability to understand/learn digital first organisation.
- Initiate and prepare annual budgets quarterly forecasts and long term Strategic Business Plan to help leadership plan long term business trajectory.
- Leading the Finance Function, to be an inspiring leader to direct reports and the entire team. Responsible for the people development agenda and individual focused development and succession planning. Actively promote and participate in training and development of team members
- The incumbent will be responsible for all financial activities of KC India and, as such, provides financial expertise to KC India management and direction to; the Accounting Manager, who is responsible for general accounting and reporting, procedures and accounting controls, tax analysis and compliance and maintenance of the general ledger; the Credit Management and Service Team Leader, who is responsible for the KC India’s credit and collection programs; the Manager - Business Analysis, responsible for providing strategic and operations analysis, cost accounting and forecasting services; the Manager-Treasury, for treasury related matters; and other deputies as may be necessary to provide department services.

- Provide effective reporting systems within the company to ensure operational and financial control as well as accurate reporting to the stakeholders.

**Requirements**:
This position requires strong business acumen to understand business drivers, learning agility to work in digital/Ecommerce heavy business, a broad working knowledge of accounting practices and theory, principles of internal control, data processing activities, credit administration, cost accounting principles, budgeting, financial reporting, treasury and cash management and K-C Financial Instructions. Managerial abilities and human relations skills are necessary to coordinate the activities of various functions. Extensive experience is required in manufacturing environments, business analysis, accounting activities, staff functions and team leadership roles.
- Degree in Finance or Accounting, preferably with CA qualifications. An MBA is an advantage
- Considerable exyears exposure to corporate business, including 5+ years of senior management role. Fast moving consumer good (FMCG) or consumer packaged goods (CPG) industry experience an advantage
- Demonstrated strength or success in business partnering with senior commercial and functional stakeholders (CEO, Country BOD, Regional CFO) and ability to manage stakeholder even at Executive Leadership Level
- The incumbent must have demonstrated strengths in strategic thinking, functional technical skills, business analysis and change agent
- Thorough knowledge of company financial policies and practices and a high level of knowledge of computer systems, capital investment analysis and forecasting techniques are required
