CFO (Referral-Based Model) - Consulting Firm

Compensation: An agreed percentage as a client referral fee shall be paid.

Overview:
Our client, a prominent consulting firm (presence in India and UAE), is seeking a CFO (well connected with business people), who can leverage his or her network to refer potential clients in need of specialized tax and advisory services.

This unique role allows the CFO to work independently, without joining the firm, and earn referral fees on a case-by-case basis.

Role Details:
The CFO will utilize their connections to refer clients who require expert consulting across areas such as:
Deal Advisory: Advisory for acquisitions, mergers, divestments, and fundraising.

Corporate Tax Advisory: Corporate tax impact assessments, regular advisory, compliance management, and transfer pricing support.

Transfer pricing Benchmarking & Documentation: Including benchmarking analysis, intercompany agreements, and local/master file preparation.

GST Services: GST advisory, health checks, and compliance.

Compensation:
Compensation is referral-based, with fees paid per successful case. This role is ideal for a CFO with an established network, looking to generate additional income by connecting their contacts with a trusted consulting firm

**Job Type**: Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: From ₹50,000.00 per month
