**Job Description**:
We are seeking a Sales professional to drive EV-focused workforce development programs with OEMs, component manufacturers, and green mobility players. This role is pivotal in building India’s EV talent pool through industry-academia skilling collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

- Engage with EV industry stakeholders including OEMs, battery manufacturers, infra providers, and e-mobility startups.
- Map workforce capability needs across roles like EV maintenance, battery safety, charging infra, and drive systems.
- Propose end-to-end skilling solutions using immersive content, simulations, and practical workshops.
- Build partnerships with ITIs, engineering colleges, and CSR foundations to expand outreach.
- Collaborate with delivery and tech teams to ensure scalable and compliant program rollouts.
- Contribute to curriculum roadmap with market insights on evolving EV standards and regulations.
- Develop industry recognition by associating with bodies like ASDC, SIAM, and EV think tanks.
- Meet quarterly revenue, activation, and partnership targets.

Preferred Qualifications:

- 5-10 years of enterprise sales experience in EdTech/EV, automotive, or green energy sectors.
- Strong understanding of EV workforce needs and ecosystem players.
- Excellent relationship management, strategic planning, and communication skills.
