**Job Title: Drive Success as our Automotive/EV Store Manager**

**Location**: Bengaluru, Karnataka

Ready to lead in the exciting [Auto/EV] retail space? We need a dynamic Store Manager in **Bengaluru** to champion store performance, customer delight, and team success. Oversee daily operations, boost sales, and keep us ahead of the curve.

**You Will**:

- Lead all store operations, team management, and sales initiatives.
- Develop strategies to grow traffic and profitability.
- Ensure exceptional customer experiences.
- Manage inventory and ensure compliance.
- Analyze performance data (MS Office/Retail Software) for improvements.

**You Have**:

- **Crucial**: 3-5 years Store/Showroom Management experience in the **Automotive or EV industry.**:

- Relevant Bachelor's Degree.
- Proven leadership and excellent communication skills.
- Proficiency with MS Office and retail software.
- Strong customer focus and problem-solving skills.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
