**Position Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Make outbound calls to potential clients to generate leads and set up appointments.
- Present and promote our courses and services to prospective clients.
- Follow up on leads and conduct research to identify potential clients.
- Maintain a database of contacted clients and update it with new information.
- Achieve weekly and monthly targets for lead generation and appointments.
- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop and refine telemarketing strategies.
- Provide feedback to the management team on client needs and potential sales opportunities.
- Handle client inquiries and provide information about our offerings.
- Keep abreast of industry trends and developments to effectively communicate our value proposition.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients to foster trust and loyalty.
**Qualifications**:
- High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is a plus.
- Proven experience in telemarketing, sales, or a similar role.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong persuasive and negotiation skills.
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing, business transformation, and entrepreneurship.
- Proficiency in using Zoho CRM and other necessary Zoho Applications.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
