**What is The Role**:
The Accounting team is seeking an Associate for the Travel and Expense team who will be an integral part of professionalizing our global Procure to Pay processes. Given the nature of our globally distributed team, this role will be based in India, primarily in Bangalore. It's imperative that you enjoy working from home, or an unaffiliated coworking space if you do not live adjacent to an Elastic workplace.

**What You Will Be Doing**:

- Assist in day-to-day activities relating to Travel & Expense Process and Vendor data management
- Audit expense reports daily to ensure compliance with Global T&E policy
- Analysis and reporting of process metrics
- Timely clearing of expense reports (24-48 Business Hours) - exceptions flagged for audit
- Communicate with users on issues and assist with reconciliation.
- Involve employee's manager, finance, and/or HR when appropriate
- Drive continuous improvement by supporting management initiatives, system enhancements, new system implementations, and developing and documenting new processes.

**IF THAT'S YOU, HOPEFULLY YOU ALSO HAVE**:

- Any Graduation
- 2 to 4 years of experience, preferably with global public companies.
- Experience with basic excel features like pivot, VLOOKUP etc...
- Experience in a Shared Service Center environment is a plus.
- Excellent English communication both verbal and written.
- Willingness to be flexible and accommodate some overlap working hours with US time zone.
- Ability to work in coordination with all levels of employees, management, and external agencies to enhance performance, creativity, problem-solving, and results.
