Position Summary:
The Student Counsellor will provide comprehensive counseling services to students, supporting their academic, personal, social, and emotional development. This role involves one-on-one counseling, group sessions, and workshops, focusing on enhancing students' well-being and academic performance. The counsellor will work collaboratively with faculty, staff, and parents to create a supportive environment that fosters student success.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Counseling Services:

- Provide individual and group counseling sessions to students facing academic, personal, social, or emotional challenges.
- Develop personalized action plans to address students' specific needs and follow up to ensure progress.

2. Academic Support:

- Assist students in developing effective study skills, time management strategies, and academic goals.
- Work with academic advisors to monitor student progress and intervene when necessary.

3. Professional Development:

- Stay updated with the latest developments in counseling practices and student support strategies.
- Participate in professional development opportunities and training sessions.

Qualifications:
Education: Post Graduate.

Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a school or academic setting, providing counseling services to students.

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to build trusting relationships with students, parents, and staff.
- Proficiency in crisis intervention and conflict resolution.
- Knowledge of counseling theories and practices.
- Sensitivity to cultural and individual differences.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
