JD:

- responsible for Training, hand holding the team and building relationship with the distributor/fieldABH/RBH back office support. He/She will also be responsible for achieving thesalestarget and maintain quality service standards through their teams.

**Campaign Management**

Weekly review and monitoring the Teams on all running campaigns

Monitoring and ensuring 80% Login to issuance as per defined process & TAT

Ensure FTR

Ensure regular training

Best Practise Sharing

Run and Manage R&R for team motivation

Ensure Persistency and control surrender

**Target Orientation**

Should always be abreast of the current business situation Like no. Of leads, conversion %, business numbers etc.

**Relationship Management,Salestarget achievement & Process Adherence**

Ensure Target Vs Achievement always

Ensure excellent rapport with the Branch Managers & LG to maximize productivity

Ensure and demonstrate supportive behaviour with field BM/GH

Ensure and demonstrate supportive behaviour with other functions in the organisation

Ensure Processes are adhered to as per TAT.

**Quality -SalesSupport**

Ensure Quality standards insalessupport process with efficient escalation mechanism

**Dialer Software support, integration & enhancement**

To manage the above for smooth functioning on the floor.

Experience of min 4-5 years in Insurance teleSales with at least 2 years of team handling exp.

Good communication skills required.
