**Job Title: Customer Experience Associate**
***Role Summary**:An integral part of Drip’s finance business is to engage with existing customers daily on various Trade Finance requirements. The customer experience associate is responsible to co
- ordinate with customers as well as internal cross functional teams to deliver accurate and clear communication to our exporters.
**Daily-Tasks**:
- Track all invoices submitted to
- Ensure smooth funding of every invoice from end-to-end stage
- Co-ordinate with account managers, operations, risk, and customers to help solve any queries
- Provide continuous feedback to internal stakeholders on process improvement and optimization
- Support day to day operations on prospective customers as well as existing
- Maintain prompt and clear information transfer with internal
**Expectations**:
- Ability to work in a demanding customer and fast paced start-up environment
- Exceptional verbal and written communication
- Ability to learn quickly and deliver with accuracy in short timelines
- Initiative in helping management optimize processes and systems with consumer
**Requirements: Education/ Work experience**:
- Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree
- Experience: 4+ years of experience in customer support/ customer facing roles
- Preferred Industry - Banking, BFSI, Financial Institutions
- **Work Timings - 12 PM to 9 PM**
**Job Location: Mumbai (Andheri - East)
