**Responsibilities**:

- Overall in charge of Finance function of the company and managing the secretarial functions of the group.
- Responsible for the overall Accounting and Financial monitoring
- Budget, monthly performance reviews and profitability
- Statutory compliances.
- Costing and inventory management
- Internal and external Audit.
- Project profitability and pricing
- Ensure secretarial compliances across the group
- Conducting Board meeting and General Meetings & MOM
- Monitor and maintaining of company shares.

Pay: ₹1,800,000.00 - ₹2,200,000.00 per year

**Experience**:

- Company Secretarial: 7 years (required)
- Corporate finance: 7 years (preferred)
- Chartered Accountant: 7 years (required)

**Location**:

- Bangalore, Karnataka (required)
