We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Telecaller to join our team. As a Telecaller, you will play a crucial role in our organization's success by effectively communicating with our customers and potential clients in Telugu ,Hindi and English. Your primary responsibilities will include making outbound calls to prospects, handling customer inquiries, and maintaining detailed records of interactions.

Key Responsibilities:
Customer Outreach: Place outbound calls to existing customers and potential clients to promote our products or services.

Customer Support: Address customer inquiries, concerns, and requests in a professional and courteous manner. Provide product information, resolve issues, and assist with any queries.

Sales Conversion: Identify and qualify sales leads, and effectively convert leads into sales by understanding customer needs and providing tailored solutions.

Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and detailed records of all customer interactions, transactions, and feedback.

Follow-up: Ensure timely follow-up with customers to provide updates, additional information, or support as needed.

Achieve Targets: Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets for call volume, conversion rates, and customer satisfaction.

Product Knowledge: Stay informed about our products and services to provide customers with accurate and up-to-date information.

Language Proficiency: Communicate fluently in Hindi, English, and Telugu, as these languages are essential for interacting with our diverse customer base.

Team Collaboration: Collaborate with other team members, including sales and marketing teams, to achieve collective goals and objectives.

Qualifications:
2-3 years of experience as a Telecaller or in a similar role.

Proficiency in Telugu ,Hindi, English.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused approach.

Ability to work well in a team and meet targets.

Basic computer skills for maintaining call records and using CRM systems.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
